I get a lot of inquiries about how I keep my hair so shiny with all the gnarly styling I put it through (bleaching, straightening, waving, teasing and so on)
So here is my secret…. MOROCCAN OIL!
This changed the health and texture of my fine over-styled hair. After I gave birth to my twins, I decided to dye my hair dark so I wouldn’t be bothered by the paparazzi (for the good of my babies) and because I noticed that my once lustrous thick locks was starting to thin ![]()
I can’t even explain how hard it is when you take a shower and you feel clumps of hair falling out (a lot of you mommies know where I’m coming from). So back to blonde I went (it helped hide the bald spots from post pregnancy). This was extremely hard on my hair and my hair stylist Jorge Serrano suggested Moroccan Oil… so of course, I took his word for it and put it on my hair religiously. After I showered, at night with a plastic hair bag on, and whenever i felt my hair a bit dry.
Little tip: rub it into your hands and neck area, it smells fantastic!
This will help all of you that have weak hair or just over processed like most of us….
xoxoxo

That’s wonderful. I have to admit, I’ve always been curious. I too, am a natural blonde, but to keep it looking it’s most…blonde, I admit I have to bleach it at times. Luckily, I have the thickest hair EVER, but also with it, comes the most dry and coarse hair.
I’ll certainly look into getting this! Thanks for your blogs. They’re really insightful!
Sounds like it works where can I buy some?
i’ve been using morrocan oil for a little over a year now, and it is BY FAR the best product on the market. It makes your hair incredibly soft, and shiny. It’s not too expensive either. $25 wholesale, $50 retail… AND it protects against all the blowdrying and straightening us girls have to go through
you can find it at most salons now !!
jenna, your amazing.
DermOrganics products work well also. They have argan oil in all their products. Shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in oil treatment. I have severe scalp psoriasis and it’s a miracle worker!
I am sooo going to get a bottle! I love your advice Jenna! It’s always something I never knew about! =)
I’m lucky to have very thick, relatively coarse (for a girl) hair. In fact, highlighting it has actually softened it somewhat, while not letting it become too fine. I have heard that having children may change hair texture, so this is, once again, valuable advice for the future!
(I can’t find my salon on their website, but I can see lots of salons in my area do carry it, which is a plus).

that’s great. I think I’ll try it out, I love your hair!!
idk I have this weird thing for nice hair lol. So I do try to keep mine healthy
thanks for the advice , love you!
hey sweetie if you are still haven problems with your hair falling out try some brewers yeast for extra protein and that will help with the hair loss , hope that helps
I’m not blond but I do have naturally super thin/fine hair so I’ll be picking up a bottle of this stuff, thanks!!
I always get these samples from my hair stylist. It works great for the first part of the day but my hair gets very oily and it only makes it worse by the end of the day. It smells great though and I use it for special occasions.
Hi Jenna !!
As probably your biggest fan in Morocco , I’am so proud !!! lol…
Can you tell me where to get it? Sephora maybe? Sounds yummy, I wish you would post more

I would rather do that than be out in the cold, sleeping under bridges. so im asking you jenna. is there any way you think you could lend me a helping hand? or any advice you might be able to give? for your time and consideration i thank you from the bottom of my heart. John decker

OMG Jenna! This stuff is my hair bible! I love it..plus having long extra thick hair, it cuts my drying time in half – literally! I love it =)
where can i get some of this stuff? i have blonde hair and its thinned out over the years due to 4 babies and all the heat and stuff. i have tried alot of stuff to make my course hair look shiney but the stuff i have tried just seems to make it oily and weighed down!! help!! thanks for the all the useful blogs girl!!
I took your advice and went on a search for Moroccan oil. The salon near me didn’t have it so I bought the Big & Sexy version. Works great and retailed at around $20. My hair never felt so soft.
I was wondering if you have taken a look at my writing yet. The site is http://www.runningfromgrace.com and it is all about my life as an exotic dancer. You have inspired me in so many ways and I write about you alot. I even dance under the name Jenna. I know you are busy with your beautiful family but if you could take a few minutes to read some of my posts, that would mean the world to me. Take care
Hi Jenna!
This has nothing to do with the post but I just wanted to let you know how GREAT I think you are!! I’ve never seen any of your movies but your book really touched me and truly inspires me to DREAM BIG and let nothing get in my way. Just wanted to let you know that you are the embodiment of a STRONG KICKASS woman and your boys are so lucky to have you as their mom!! <3 u girl!!
I found the oil at Sally’s Beauty Supply. I have long, thick, and coarse hair and find it hard to keep it looking moist a healthy… I love the way the oil leaves it.
What happened to this blog? I thought Jenna said she would try to update it every day/week. She also doesn’t update her Twitter, Facebook, or Myspace either. Celebrities have to maintain their online presence to continue staying in the public eye and build their business. So I don’t understand why she seems to have bailed on everything now. She has children now but so do many in Hollywood.
Wow! I can’t even believe I came across your blog Jenna. You have truly inspired me as a businesswoman – I’m not involved in the adult industry at all, but I tremendous respect for what you have accomplished for women.
I was wondering if you are possibly up for a potential collaboration on an affiliate marketing campaign or if you are willing to sell advertising space on your website. It is an extremely lucrative business (if you get involved with the right niche) and I think that you have the power to influence women in a very defined market space.
Sorry, I hate to leave a comment like this on your blog – but I have no idea how I could ever possibly get a hold of you. Anyway, please shoot me an email at nuclearblond1@gmail.com.
Your hair looks gorgeous as ever – I’m sure you look extremely hot as a brunette too
Take care and hope to talk soon.
Best,
Aiden Taylor
